Berry Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Toppings of choice

In a medium saucepan, bring the rolled oats, almond milk, mixed berries, honey, vanilla extract, and salt to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are cooked and the mixture has thickened. Remove from heat, let cool and top with your choice of toppings. Serve and enjoy!
